New Possibilities with ARTMiE MIDAS Fluid Metallic Paste

ARTMiE — New Possibilities With ARTMiE MIDAS Fluid Metallic Paste

Do you enjoy trying new materials? Meet ARTMiE MIDAS Liquid Metallic Paste, which adds a fascinating shine and texture to your artwork. Among the latest additions are liquid metallic pastes that create subtle textures with a fascinating sheen. One of these standout new products is ARTMiE MIDAS Liquid Metallic Paste, available in elegant shades of gold and silver.

How MIDAS Paste Was Developed

The process of creating the paste took quite a long time. Our team worked on its development alongside artists, using your requirements and current trends to create a product you will truly use.

The development of the metallic paste involved several key stages. We began with research and planning, identifying our texture requirements and analyzing samples from existing formulas.

Next, we chose the formula we had envisioned for our paste.

In the following stages of development, we assessed and tested its structural properties, consistency, how easily it could be thinned, adhesion to surfaces, color, shine, durability, scent, and more.

After fine-tuning the details of the formula and verifying the product's quality, our final ARTMiE MIDAS Metallic Paste was ready.

How Did Dominika's Test Go?

We tried it out with our colleague and artist Dominika: “At first glance, I was drawn to the color of the packaging. After opening the jar, I noticed that the paste has a thick yet soft consistency. Working with it is like playing with liquid metal that you can shape according to your imagination. After applying it to the canvas, I was amazed at how easily and smoothly it spreads and creates textures.

Working with this paste is also a sensory experience. Its smooth texture feels pleasing and comfortable under your fingers, while handling it opens up room for creativity and experimentation.”

As for the finished result, the metallic paste doesn’t disappoint. It is durable and stable, ensuring the artwork lasts a long time and retains its original appearance. It doesn’t need a final varnish or protective coating.

“Overall, I can say that metallic paste is a real treasure for every artist. It’s a material that offers endless possibilities and opens the door to new creative concepts. It’s a great way to add just the right touch of luxury and sophistication to your projects.”

To get better results, here are a few useful tips for working with metallic paste:

Choosing a surface: Start with a firm, smooth surface, such as canvas, wood, metal, cardboard, plaster, polystyrene, a regular wall, or another suitable material. For a striking contrast, we recommend trying a black or dark surface, where metallic pastes really stand out. Remember that proper surface preparation is key to successfully applying the paste.

Planning your design: Before applying the paste, think about the design you want to create. You can sketch it out to get a better idea of what the finished result will look like.

Experimenting with textures: Fluid metallic paste lets you create different textures and effects. You can use various tools, such as sponges, brushes, combs, or even your fingers, to achieve the effect you want.

Layering: If you want to create a more complex, multi-layered design, try using a layering technique. Wait for one layer of paste to dry, then apply another layer over it. This will create a deeper and more interesting 3D effect.

Working with shades: With metallic ARTMIE MIDAS paste, you can experiment with different color and shade combinations to make your design as interesting as possible. Try it with other mediums, such as acrylic paints, oil paints, or different types of pigments. For example, combining it with shades of red will reveal new shades of bronze or rose gold.

Details and finishing touches: Once you’ve completed the main design, you can add details and make final adjustments. You can create contrast, emphasize certain areas, or add fine lines or accents.

We hope these tips help with your artwork. Don’t be afraid to experiment and find your own style. Have fun painting!
